We researched many companies and decided to go with Puronics® for the quality of the equipment, the patents and certifications, and the history and longevity of the company. Utilizing 'Green' Technology with no electricity or batteries for these whole house water purification systems. There are so many to choose from depending on the water problem for the homeowner. Our deepest purpose for this business is helping support the health and well-being for generations to come. To create value, make a difference and provide solutions that support communities while we protect the planet. We want to deliver uncompromising principal's, as we grow with the highest of integrity. Remember, we are not a plumbing company. If you already have a system please call a plumber unless you want to replace your "OLD" system. We hope we get a chance to meet you!

"Tim, As you remember, Mike was to hook up your purchase from Amazon. We are not responsible for another brands faulty equipment, and if you would have purchased a Puronics' this would not have happened. As you remember the system you purchased had a faulty valve ring. therefore it leaked. Secondly, you told Mike you had a toilet flush valve. So he picked up the valve and brought it. As you know it was not the valve leaking put the flapper in your toilet. He then went to pick up a universal flapper and came back. This was free of charge to you and was done out of the kindness of his heart to help you out. So yes he went to Lowe's multiple times because he didn't have the correct information from you. As you know, when someone is in the field doing repairs and installs an exact time cannot be predicted. We pride ourselves with "staying in touch" and providing the BEST product on the market. 2.5 stars for your faulty equipment and free work that Mike was did is unacceptable for equipment that wasn't ours. We do thank you for your business."
