"Exteriors unlimited was amazing to work with. They worked with my schedule to do the windows in the fall, and the siding in the spring. The windows were upgraded from Single Pane woden windows to Energy Effecient windows. They gave me several price options so I could pick the one that fit my budget the best. They were quick to resolve a window change in my bathroom. Siding review. They replaced all of my siding, and Soffit and Fascia, and looks like a new house. About a month after they completed the siding I noticed a puncture hole in my siding from a rock or stick. I called them for repair and they were able to come out the same week and fix the siding for at a very reasonable cost. All the installers were friendly, courteious, and kept me informed each day. Each day the site was cleaned and organized when they left. I've recommened them to anyone that may be looking for siding."

"I bought Milgard windows and sliding door because the lifetime warranty River City bragged about. They were happy to take my money. Now that the sliding glass door failed they refuse to give me any service or warranty. They said Milgard has to do the warranty. Milgard will not return my calls, and River City says not their problem. I bought the windaws from River City. They should make this right. So, if you buy from River City beware, there is no warranty."
