He also sent samples so we could see them before making a final decision. He and his crew were excellent to work with. They are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. During the installation process which took a few days, they were respectful and courteous. The window films work just as described. "Not very well. The grout job turned out very poorly. Shawn did send out his man several times and he did his best, but the workmanship feel far short from what it should have been. The caulking wasn't much better. He was reasonable in that he didn't charge me for all the actual hours worked. I'm having the entire room redone today and it's going to cost almost $600 and even this company has informed me that some of the grout is impossible to remove from some of the tiles."
