He thoroughly tested all outlets and explained everything he was doing so that I can maintain the system in the future. Found that the vacuum had become disconnected underneath the house during a remodel this year. Waited for me to find the hose and vacuum head which my husband had moved outside to the shed because we didn't ever use it. Now I don't have to buy a new Dyson!"
