I was very dissatisfied that they did not do what they were hired to do, even though I had told them before they started and a couple of times while they were working. After I wrote a bad review at the BBB, Sam called me and yelled at me over the phone....very unprofessional. Worst experience ever dealing with a company. Would never hire again.

"On the day of 8/1/2017 the owner gave an invoice to [Member Name Removed] to trim Evergreens to clear the fence line by lifting The Evergreens to clear the way for traffic for the amount of 400 this was for the minimum amount of work to be done it was not an hourly rate we give invoices on the amount of work that is to be done and for the equipment we use and to pay our employees [Member Name Removed] decided to have us do the work on 8/16/ 2017 we came out and cleared the fence line and lifted the Evergreens the owner came as well to make sure the job was done properly after the job was done [Member Name Removed] was wanting more work done and was upset the job took only an hour we had a four-man crew working to accomplish the job the owner tried to make [Member Name Removed] happy and lifted The Evergreens more [Member Name Removed] paid the owner and we left to another job the same day [Member Name Removed] put a bad review on BBB the owner called [Member Name Removed] to figure out why she posted a bad review she was still upset we were only there for an hour and wanted more work done then what was talked about the owner offered to come back out again and do more work [Member Name Removed] said she didn't want us to do more work the owner and his employees work in a professional manner they would never be rude or inconsiderate to any customer we feel we have made a good-faith effort to resolve this with [Member Name Removed]"

Sammy and his crew did a great job on my trees. I had several large trees including a very large corkscrew willow that was very overgrown. Sammy knew what to do for all of them, so they will be healthier and look much better. They did a great job on the trees and on all of the cleanup. I am very pleased with the job they did, and also felt Sammy was very reasonably priced. I will definitely hire him for future jobs.

They were very efficient. Used a cherry picker to tie off limbs and transfer them to wood shredder before limbs hit ground.
Kevin (sammy's brother) was very courteous. After tree was removed he raked the lawn and even disposed of limbs I previously had pruned. They had the right equipment and did a super job.

It was a pleasure to work with this company. They returned my message inquiring on a quote quickly; showed up on time to give the quote and spent sometime talking to me about what needed to be done. I had 2 other quotes before deciding on a company and really it was Devon that sealed the deal.
i scheduled a week out and they showed up on time, worked hard and did an amazing clean up job.

Have worked with provider on three projects. Provider has been responsive and easy to work with. Only thing the provider forgot to do was to email/text photo of removed trees on last 2 projects. But the trees were expertly removed.

Sammy's Climbing Tree service was fantastic. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They came in ahead of schedule and were on site at the property in the morning and had everything all cleaned up by that afternoon. They were very professional and went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with the work performed. All and all very well worth the money.

Devin and his two assistants arrived as scheduled. They did a beautiful job of removing two large scotch pines from my back yard. They were fast and efficient, and I would definitely recommend them for big tree removal! They even did a great job of cleaning up the area when they were done.

They were recommended by the handyman people. They were terrific. I knew of one sick tree but all 5 of them had to come down because they had some old age issues and they had been neglected by the previous owners. They are all wobbly and sick. The home inspector guy had mentioned that I should have the tree looked at but he didn't gave me an estimation of how serious they were. Climbing Sammy gave me a discount rate because it was for so many trees, they are such in bad shape and needed to get it down. They are very reasonable, hardworking company and very pleasant to deal with.

Outstanding work - removed 11 large trees with great care not to damage home, gardens, etc. Arrived promptly every morning and thoroughly cleaned property every night. Removed all stumps, filled holes, and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Sammy and a crew of 2 did the job in 4 days and for the price estimated. Equipment was right for the job and operated in a fashion that minimized the impact in our quiet neighborhood. Sammy and his crew of 2 were exceptionally personal and polite - a genuine pleasure to work with. Sammy was on-site with his team every day. Excellent work!
