"From all the salesmen who came to give me thier sells pitch, it was refreshing to see Nate- the business owner, who goes out to meet the potential customer, take the measurements, showing the materials and designs samples in a calm, friendly way rather than pushing to close right now. As a small business the price tag estimate for the job was significantly lower than the other 3 compannies we talked to, as it doesn't have to include sales guys, training centers and big administration.
