"In order to be fair, I would have to break my review down between sales and installation. The installation portion was phenominal! Punctual, kind, professional and we are more than pleased with the service we received. However, we nearly declined their estimate because of my experience with the salesman. He completely missed our first appointment after I had gone into work late in order to meet him. After waiting fifteen minutes, I called him and he told me he couldn't read his own handwriting, was still at the office and asked if he could reschedule, which meant I had to miss more work. The second time we had an appointment he was a few minutes late, but took a fifteen minute personal phone call in the middle of our appointment. I excused myself so that he could have some privacy and thought the entire situation was extremely unprofessional. We had previously used Foster's for service and were always pleased so we ended up going with them purely on our previous experiences with their service."

Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. "Installation progressed on time. Two issues I was disappointed with was that I had cement board for below the tile but he installed plywood under the shower instead of using cement board throughout. Also he moved the heater/air conditioning vent down in a very sloppy manner so the cover did not fit well.
