"Horrible, quality of work was horrible, billed me for work that was not even done on my property. Will not take charges off the invoice for the work that was not done. I refuse to pay for work that was not done and they will not return my phone calls to discuss the discrepancy on the invoice and now put a lien on my property even though I paid for the work that was actually done. They will not release the lien or discuss the invoice with me. I would not recommend them at all."

While a log cabin is often less expensive to build than a typical home, cabins actually have a similar cost per square foot. This lien is a legal claim against the property for the amount of money owed.
