Perfect. Very professional, showed up as schedule, and wrote up a very detailed report. I followed him around for part of the inspection and explained this so I could understand.

Felix was very thorough and professional during a home inspection he performed for us. We purchased a home virtually, so the inspection was critical. Felix was very prompt, provided pictures, and followed up with a phone call to go over the report in detail. His explanations were factual and he provided explanations for his conclusions as well as any safety risks that were present. We are so glad we chose Felix and would recommend him to future home buyers!

ATTENTION REALTORS & BUYERS! I would highly recommend partnering with Felix and Rockwood Home Inspections. We decided to purchase a home that was built in 1900, (that's 121 years ago). Felix took on this home with a scrutiny and assessment like I have never seen. I have been on both the mortgage side and the Realtor side in previous careers and this inspection report was second to none! This inspection, (87 pages of incredible detail), not only uncovered some issues that we would want to address in the future, but items that the seller needed to repair prior to closing. Felix did a home inspection on our new home that we recently bought. He was courteous, polite and very thorough on the home inspection. He checked every outlet in the home and got on the roof to check all the flashing to ensure he did not seeing any potential issues. Overall the home we bought was in good condition but Felix was able to identify that the area above the garage did not have insulation. This was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT because I was going to buy a heater to heat my garage during the winter. I would highly recommend Rockwood Home Inspections!
