Steve did a nice job and was flexible enough to add to the original project when he found a few items that needed addressing at this point in time. He also was willing to wait for some things that we had to put off for a while. The weather and some tree trimming in our neighborhood interfered with the painting, but he worked around it and completed the job to our satisfaction.

`Wanted majority of the money upfront. Had major health problem with back, worked alone and it took way too long to finish the job.

"This customer waited 8 years after I completed the work to give me a review, so I'm not sure why she waited so long if she was disgruntled. In response to this customer, I wanted a large portion of the money up front to pay for the materials I needed, which is not uncommon. I did have major problems with my back, and that caused me to take longer to complete the job than normal. I'm not sure what the problem is with working alone, but that's what I do."
