Multiple no shows, local dispatch said it was miscommunication… Taking off work multiple times for miscommunication in unacceptable. Michelle would also say she would call back with updates then never does. Despite me calling her and explaining the importance of needing someone to show up at the arranged appointment and frustration of taking off work so many times.ANOTHER NO SHOW. The only phone number is for a national office who schedule appointments with clients before looking to see if those techs are even available. They will not be called by any of my family (close, extended) for services again. Friends and neighbors will hear about beware of not getting any discount despite COVID PPE no causing sufficient blindness for the tech to be able to see services were provided to a seniors household. $285 with tax/ one drain - never again from this outfit.
