Juan Medina and his team did an excellent job for us. We had an extended roof overhang above our back patio which was installed by the previous owner some 40+ years ago. The supporting structure was beginning to lean and sag. Juan designed a beautiful pergola to replace it. He started the work on schedule and was there every business day plus some weekend days until it was completed. There were a couple of bad weather days, but Juan always called or texted to let us know if his team was not going to be there or if they were going to be delayed. He checked in periodically to make sure we were happy with the progress, and was very gracious when we changed our minds about a pretty major design element, which caused a day of re-work for him and his team. This caused the project to go over budget, but not significantly and he made sure we were aware and approved it before making the changes. We were very impressed with Juan and recommend him highly to anyone!

They did an outstanding job installing my new pergola system on my existing patio. Even when unexpected challenges came up, they took the time to get everything done right. I had originally planned to tackle this project myself, but I’m so glad I decided to hire them instead—their expertise and attention to detail made all the difference.

Installed new flooring and carpet throughout the house. Did an excellent job and completed them in a timely manner! Great to work with!

The customer service was top-notch, and they did an amazing job fixing and sealing the weatherstripping around both of my garage doors. Now, my garage stays about 30 degrees cooler inside compared to outside after replacing the old, worn-out seals.

Juan and his team did an amazing job on my roof, siding and gutters. Fast and efficient and walked me through every question I had and answered them perfectly for me. 10/10 will recommend to everyone looking for a contractor.
