5 star experience from Ali and his team. They did an amazing job installing the carpet at a great price. Everything was done very thorough. The entire process leading up to the install was great as well. Ali and his team are very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I'll definitely go back for all of my flooring needs.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Ali and Giant Carpet! From the very beginning of the process to the follow-up after the service was performed, Ali and his team were exceptional. Ali patiently advised and assisted with our carpet selections, accommodated us with scheduling, oversaw the installation, and followed-up to make sure we were satisfied. His two installers, Andre and Breno, were highly skilled and meticulous about their work. We absolutely will use Giant Carpet again in the future!

Really hard to rate since they just stretched the carpet, but for now it all seems great. Everyone was very quiet, careful, and efficient. No complaints. Very fast as well.

Ali of Giant Carpet called me as soon as I submitted the work I needed done on HomeAdvisor. He came to my home 2 days later and gave me a free estimate for the work I needed done. He and his employee were so polite when they arrived. In order to re-stretch my carpet they had to move some very heavy pieces of furniture, which they did very carefully. After they were done they even vacuumed my carpet! Excellent work, excellent experience.

Ali and his assistant showed up to give me an estimate on carpet repairs needed in two room, but actually was available to do the work because of a cancellation. Finished in no time flat, quick, efficient, excellent work. Can't even tell the carpet was repaired. Can't believe how great it looks and the price was extremely reasonable. Definitely would use Giant Carpet again!
