"The two guys were very fast, efficient and cleaned up all of the mess. There was damage to one window screen, one panel of the patio door and missing part for the door which they are replacing and taking care of it for us. We were very pleased."

"Will is extremely knowledgeable and able to explain in detail to a layman the design as well as the reasoning behind it. We had a somewhat complex driveway put in on a slope with bad water drainage and the company did an amazing job putting in the drive and re-routing the water. "We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."
