Here at Roofing Experts we are a small local roofing company that also installs siding and some windows. Dwight is the owner/job supervisor/secretary/cleanup guy. If you call you get me. With over 15 years of experience I pride myself in using my NE Iowa upbringing and values my parents instilled in me. Work hard and treat people fair and never lie to a customer just to score a job! "If you tell the truth you will never have to remember what you said." I love meeting new people everyday and building a relationships with my customers. Specializing in talking to prospective customers and explaining exactly what I'm going to do with your roof. They were great, Dwight the owner was very nice to talk to and quick to get the job done. Just a little too quick. There was a few errors on the job, they ruined our metal flushing while putting the roof on. He was agreeable to fix that except it was very unsatisfactory. They cut into our brick home ruining our brick, the job is not acceptable. Very done poorly. It looks terrible. He did come back for us to discuss that offering us a discounted price which we declined and we said we need a new contractor to fix it and then he walked away saying he will just zero off the balance and we can fix it. So now we have to find a new contractor to fix this mess.

His crew was amazing…they covered my flower beds and sculptures that I have around the perimeter of my home. Very respectful men. Cleaned up all the debris around the house. Went around to make sure all nails picked. I was very satisfied with the time frame it took them to complete the job. The owner also helped me fill out my insurance forms due to the fact my roof had to be replaced because of hail damage. Very personable owner. I highly recommend this business.

We were on his list for getting our roof done in the spring since we contacted him too late in the year to get it done right away. I appreciated that he told us we should wait for the warmer weather to be sure everything was installed properly. It took them one day to install, and they cleaned everything up when they were done. I would hire Dwight again, for sure!

Dwight went above and beyond while staying patient with us as we decided on what type and color our roof was going to be. Once we decided to move forward, the turn around time was incredible. Not only did he get us into his schedule almost immediately, but his crew took a fraction of the time we were expecting from observing other roofing companies work nearby. Dwight came not long after the work was complete to ensure we had an outstanding experience, and he exceeded the already high expectations he set for himself and his crew. Dwight and his crew did an amazing job even when event was taken away and one was left he owned up to it and rectified the situation immediately they go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied I would highly recommend Dwight and his company to anyone that needs their roof replaced. He was very thorough and took extra time to ensure the work area was clear of nails and debris before leaving.
