"Roof Iowa stopped by with shingle samples - and though they did not have the same brand/color as the original shingles (about 8 years old) they found a matching color and laced them in and patched the exposed areas of my roof. The color match is good enough that - unless you know where to look, you are not going to find the areas at all - and even if you know, you will have a hard time seeing where the new shingles are. The storm that blew shingles off our roof impacted most of our neighbors and a large portion of the city we live in. When my wife contacted Roof Iowa (minutes after the storm), we were already 150th in line, but they got us (and several neighbors) taken care of two days later. They also inspected the rest of my roof and assured me that it was not damaged, which was a major concern after the storm."

Troy was very responsive throughout the entire process, the crew cleaned up the site at the end of each day and did a great job. "They punctured the stand pipe to my upstairs bath room with a screw and after the screw corroded, I had sewage leaking inside my wall in my kitchen and into my basement cement blocks. They left the house without siding during the middle of the winter. Wanted full payment before they completed the job. Didn't complete the trim painting until July. Job was contracted in the prior Fall. They kept putting off my job until it ended up not being completed until the following summer. Very dissatisfied with work and the negative attitude of Brian regarding payment for work that was not completed. Repair work was done by another company as I would never recommend or hire Buresh again."
