"Issac, thank you so much for your wonderful review. Our goal is to be the best kitchen and bath contractor in our area. Our formula is treat everyone with the highest level of integrity, show up on time, and bid each job as fairly as we can afford to do. Thank you again for taking the time to point out that we seem to be on the correct path. Please let us know when you or someone who is important to you needs our help!"
"Thank you for the review Randy. Unfortunately plumbing fixtures have quite the lead time right now. Thank you for your understanding with that."
"Hello, thank you for your review! Your bedroom project turned out amazing and we are so glad we were able to help. One reason you had a budget is your project management company you hired-who hired us; did receive an exact quote from us-however with their mark up they use budget-based estimating. Since we were not the project management company we didn't have our usual ability to offer additional more affordable options and discuss the quote. If you have any projects in the future I would recommend reaching out directly so we can discuss some of those things with you. It was great working with you and getting to know you and the guys appreciate the work! Thank your business."
"Hello, Ed thank you for your review. I am confused as you did not hire us to Powerwash any Exterior surface as your indicating in your review. You hired us to replace a toilet and leaking lines which we did. Afterward, you asked to continue work on another project we had zero training to do. In an abundance of caution, we did not think it is wise or ethical to take a homeowner money and treat your project as an experiment. We understand you wanted to continue using our services however we do not work on items we are not trained to do."
"Thank you for your review. Whats concerning is your barn has been done for 6 weeks. We have photos of it done, as well as confirmation from the other companies. You have seemingly refused to pay due to a financial issue-and unfortunately yes you have threatened repeatedly all 3 companies that have worked on your project to get a refund. Your reasons to with hold money are due to items specifically listed on the contract as not included. We were ridiculed, threatened, and name called due to guys refusing to come up in wind, rain, and snow. There is not a company in the state of Iowa that will install a metal roof-especially on a weak structure as yours in those conditions. People can die and unfortunately that communication was ridiculed as well as laughed at for "not knowing what we were doing". At your request we started while the ground was wet against our advice-and you became upset that a 10 ton machine left tracks. We tried to give your money back due to your aggressive nature in December-you refused. My guess is because we were seemingly the only ones that were open to doing your project in October. You were also given a financial incentive to start your roof the following year due to the wet conditions when we signed, as well as your signature on the contract acknowledging that weather will delay this type of project. We finished the project and your response was to post a dishonest review as well as suggesting you just hang onto the final 50% when we asked your final payment."
