José and his team did a great job for us. We converted a basement storage room into a bedroom by adding a closet and a window well. This project included a little bit of everything: general construction, electrical, carpentry, excavation, and masonry. He was very thorough and mindful of what we wanted. Throughout everything, José kept us in constant communication; which is something we absolutely loved and we haven’t received with other contractors in the past. José’s communication and transparency was top notch. Even during the project when small changes to the original plan had to be made, José always spent time to listen to our thoughts and made us feel very comfortable that his team was going to make the finished product exactly what we wanted. At the end, the new space fits seamlessly into the rest of the home. Not only is the quality there, his prices were VERY reasonable compared to other quotes we received. We highly recommend DLR construction.

Home near Perry. Replaced house trim with PVC

There were 2 things I wanted and Jose at DRL was the only one that would do my front over hang.He gave me a very detailed estimate again no one gave it in writing. We were very satisfied with all the details his crew put up .If there was something I didn’t like Jose would call immediately and also come over. Also couldn’t be happier with my deck,.Ranaldo the deck builder was very accurate and precise.Would highly recommend DRL construction for all your needs.

Hired to put metal roofing on house and garage. Richard was very easy to work with and gave me a very good price. Very pleased with everything.

Gaps in vinyl siding underneath a window were allowing wasps to nest. DLR came to our house Saturday afternoon. Instead of writing an estimate and scheduling a repair he decided to do the work that afternoon! So happy that was done before winter weather arrives.

DLR did a good job and was very efficient and accommodating. Some caulking could have been little better. But overall, I was very satisfied and would use them again.

Pleased that DLR rep chose to fix the problem that day instead of just writing up an estimate.

Jose (owner) and his helper completed the project the same week I requested a contractor. They contacted me the day as my request. They completed the job and also pointed out that my chimney had no flashing. I asked if they could accomplish the task the same day which they did. Jose also gave me a free quote to roof the house as well as the garage. Their prices are very reasonable and in line with said projects. Kudos DLR Construction.

I love them, they have been here for a couple of years and they did a wonderful job. Jose Dela Rosa the owner paid attention to everything and it goes smoothly they are still working on the house.

We had them come out to quote installation of windows and ended up purchasing new doors as well. Then we had them quote new siding. They did an awesome job installing the windows we had and removing/re-installing the new entrance and screen doors. Then we had them remove existing siding, install new siding which turned out fantastic. We wanted a couple of things changed and Jose was quick to fix any issues we had or changes we made. We liked DLR enough that we are having them add to our existing deck and do some custom deck building. Jose and his crew show up when promised and will make sure you are completely satisfied with the job before moving on. Absolutely recommend DLR for most any project.
