"I signed a contract with LeafGuard on Nov 15, 2017 as well as paid a deposit for service. At the time, I was told that the installation back log was "6-9 weeks". Since then, I've heard very little from the company. I contacted them in early January and was told "4 or 5 more weeks", again in early Feb.and told "a few more weeks". Today is March 27 and I contacted them again and was told they're making good progress on their backlog but no estimate was available. I understand that weather delays happen but we're now at about 20 weeks out from the original contract date and they can't provide an estimate which I find unreasonable. Further, I find it poor customer service that I have to continually check in with them for schedule updates, rather than them informing me when they have another delay. I'm still hopeful their product is good if/when it actually gets installed."

"CAUTION - when relying on Issac We needed our chimney rebuilt. Issac estimated it and finally we received a starting date. After, working an hour he said the job was too big for him. (some damage to our metal pieces). We request that he would paint it after we find another handyman. Once done he came back and quoted over $100 an hour to paint the chimney. He kept push us out on his calendar. We dropped him. He had us paid for the hour that he worked on the Chimney before exiting. Very poor communication if we are scheduled? If he is starting on the day he last told us? Problem answering texts."

"Matt and crew were knowledgeable and professional. I initially thought I had old cellulose insulation and was looking to have it removed and replaced which would have been very expensive. Matt informed me I had good insulation, but could use a little more in the attic and I had none in my garage attic. I had some soffits that were blocked and my old baffles had been dislodged and damaged by previous work. In addition I had had some water infiltration inside the house as a result of my gutters not getting cleaned out and he removed all of that bad insulation and replaced it.
