"When our garage door opener quit working I searched online for consumer information and then called several local companies for estimates. After checking the price of a top rated door opener at The Home Depot (Chamberlain belt drive), we filled out contact information to obtain an estimate for installation. Piilani from H & H called the same day with an estimate where the total cost of opener & installation was $200 less than another company we had found reliable when we needed a repair. As we had not yet purchased the opener, we wrote down the contact information to schedule installation later. Of course this piece of paper went missing and it took several phone calls with The Home Depot before we were referred once again to H & H (my husband couldn't remember the name of the company). Scheduling the installation was simple and the technician was efficient, courteous, and neat. When the technician carried our old opener to his truck for disposal before checking (we planned to put it out for bulk trash pickup) he corrected the bill to the original estimate."
