We were converting our garage back to a garage (previous owner had enclosed it and made it an office); Claude came out and took measurements and seemed very knowledgeable and polite. Gave us a good deal on a door that had been cut too short for another client and we scheduled installation.
We demo'd the wall ourselves and the install technician came over on time, but after spending about 20 minutes looking at garage opening, told us that the garage door wouldn't fit and that we should call office. He left, and we called office; Tech and Claude came back onsite an hour later and agreed to proceed with install; We paid a little extra as they had to adjust the opening a little to accommodate the door. Tech was not very friendly and seemed a little put out at having to make door fit. They indicated a normal install takes about 2-3 hrs., but they worked from 9am until about 8 pm to finish the job;
The next day I went to inspect the door and determined that the header was hitting the garage door when it went up or down and was scraping the front side of the door to the point where it wouldn't open or close. We called tech and he came back out, spent an hour adjusting the door and got it to the point where it would actually open and close, and then indicated that the header was bowed and suggested we sand/shave it down.
Feel like we got a good deal on a door, and appreciate them staying late to finish up, but we ended up with a door with a bunch of scratches on the front.

The springs on our garage door snapped last night, rendering it inoperable. We made several calls to various garage door service companies to get estimates and decided to use Martin's, based on the reviews on this site and the phone conversation with Claude, the owner.
This morning, Cassie, the scheduler called us and was able to get a technician here at 10:00. Todd Sullenger, the superintendent at Martin's, arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule, which is a welcomed rarity, and got right to work. Todd was both pleasant and professional and had our garage fixed in an hour. Great experience. I would highly recommend Martin's and Todd.

They replaced the torsion springs on my garage door. He did an excellent job. I thought the price was up there but it was worth it. He replaced one of the rollers that was missing too. I would definetly reccomend this company to others.

They had the best value and did not charge me anything for the service call. They were very professional and thorough. They were very generous and considerate with their service.

They were offered to us by another company. They were very professional but there is nothing particular I can think of. They did a really good job and they were prompt. I would recommend them to others. They were very professional and prompt. That was the first time I used them.
