My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently had a medium sized door ding on the driver side rear door. I was pretty upset and I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. I was going to take care of the problem myself and purchase a dent repair kit online but I decided to take care of it professionally.
After doing some research online for paint less dent repair (PDR) services I contacted GO DENTLESS via email with pictures of the damage. Within an hour I was promptly contacted by Dave. Dave was very professional and we agreed to meet up at his shop in Manassas early in the morning.
After looking at the damage he quoted me at a good price and worked on it right there. It took less than 45 minutes while I waited in the waiting room. When the service was complete it took me back to the garage and showed me end result. It looked as good as new. I?m very satisfied and would go back to them for any similar issues.
Mr. McCall wanted to take care of the problem during our phone call and overall I'm very pleased.
The repairs done on my brand-new 2012 Toyota Highlander were flawless. I honestly didn't think that the repair would go so well. I can honestly say I can't tell that the door was ever damaged and it had a pretty nasty ding in it.
The only problem I had with the site was that the one person scheduled to repair the vehicle arrived an hour and a half late that day but I don't anticipate that being a problem in the future, especially after the way Mr. McCall expressed to me that he was very concerned and wanted to take care of it.
I highly recommend this company for any type of auto dent repair.
