Perfect. Howard (Service Repair Tech) called and informed me he was on his way. He corrected problem promptly, conducted service maintenance and repaired/replaced some missing bolts. He educated me on the mechanics of the system, and advised me about proper settings. Excellent work. I will recommend Alliance to all my friends/family.

The repair man got it unjammed and returned to service within an hour.

Victor arrived earlier than expected, around 1200 hours, and repaired the broken spring and also recommended that we replace the pulley assembly inside the motorized unit, since the bushing was damaged and the chain was sagging. He provided an estimate for this work and was able to install the bushing and pulley assembly within an hour. Victor was very courteous, professional, explained everything , and provided an estimate before engaging in the work.

I called at 5:30 Pm and they had a service man, Kalin, there at 10 AM the next day. He was excellent. He refurbished all the problems with the door mechanism -- new springs, rollers, cable. When he was finished the door works better than in the last 20 years. I thought I was going to need a new door... He knew exactly what to do. I recommend this company and Kalin in particular

Overall, this company deserves an "A" but there was a mix up with the scheduling hence the B grades for responsiveness and punctuality. Called on Thursday and scheduled a visit for Saturday between 12 and 3. Victor was a "no-show" so I called around 3 to find out when he would arrive. He said that he had called earlier and couldn't get ahold of me because he thought my appointment was for Monday but wasn't sure and that he was already in another part of the island so he couldn't get back to my area. Initially he tried to say he called a lot earlier to check and that's why he couldn't get me back but checking my phone logs showed that he called only an hour before I called so he must have been already on his way to the other customer.
Since he got such high ratings in Angie's List, I decided to go through with the job and rescheduled for Monday.
On Monday Victor sent his technician, Kalini, who was on time and very engaging - explaining all his work to me and how I should maintain the garage door. He gave me a good price for his maintenance and was very quick to rebalance the door and adjust the springs so even my wife can lift the door now. Great job, Kalini.

I spoke with Victor. He was very professional and courteous.  We told him our problem. He offered to come the same day, but we scheduled it for the next day.  He was prompt, quick and professional.  There were no hidden fees in his price.  He did an excellent job  We would highly recommend  Victor and his company again.

After consideration of their overall rating and high positive reviews, we decided to hire Alliance Overhead Doors.  Victor was prompt
and answered my inquiry for an estimate within 2 days and we scheduled them for an appointment for 12/3/2014.  Kalia was on time and diagnosed and fixed our problem within 20 minutes.  Apparently the eye beam sensors were out of alignment and the tension in the motor needed to be increased.  He also lubricated all joints and movable parts and showed me how to do the same to save money in the future ($89).  We also needed a second remote door opener ($45)which he programmed quickly. 
We are very pleased with Alliance Overhead Doors and give them a 5 star rating!  

Promptly returned my phone message and same day service the day after Thanksgiving. Employee was pleasant and professional. Job took just under 2 hours. I appreciated him spending a few minutes to show me how to properly maintain garage door/opener with lubricant and grease. Price was on high side, but prompt service and quality of work were appreciated.

The gentleman that came to fixed the door worked efficiently and was done in an hour. We appreciate his honesty when he told us that their work has 2 years warranty and should call their office to do adjustments.

He replaced the garage door opener, oiled and tightened bolts on the door. It works smoothly and quietly now. We are pleased with the work.

Installer arrived on time, gave estimate and did installation in a professional manner.

I called Victor Saturday morning after my mother went into a panic because she was unable to open the garage with the remote. After several attempts, I was finally able to open the door with the key. Victor came out promptly and serviced the unit (which was very old), installed bulbs that had burnt out, and provided us with an extra remote. He also installed a keypad on the outside of the garage so that my mother has the option of using the remote or keypad.
All in all, Victor was very professional and personable. He did not charge us for work that did not need to be done, as some other providers are apt to do. He was not only honest but took time to ensure that our garage was working properly and that my mother understood how to operate the remote and keypad.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of garage door opener repairs!

Excellent. Showed up on time, corrected the problems, and inspected the entire system operation. I was essentially charged for travel charge only. Very professional and polite.

He was excellent in providing us a fair price for our custom door to be sent on island. He also was accurate in predicting the delivery date and installation. Equally, our tenant's equally appreciated his timely and professional manner.

Their service technician, John, was running late, so someone from the office called before the scheduled time to inform me of that fact, and we set a later time for that same day which worked well for me. When John arrived, he systematically examined the door, its tracks and cables, the springs, the motor and drive system. He lubricated all the joints, and other moving parts as appropriate. He discovered that the motor's drive belt was damaged in two places, and replaced the belt. He adjusted the springs, as the door's balance point had shifted, and tested the door.
While he worked, John pointed out things to look for (such as cable ware and door deformation) so that I could catch problems and have the door services before the system failed. The whole job was completed on time, and seemed to be very well done. I am very happy with this service call.

Cody-the technician-was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained in detail the work to be done and completed the job un under an hour.

our garage door stopped opening. Correct diagnosis was made from the phone call- problem was the spring and not the opener. They were very helpful and sent out an associate within a few days to accommodate our schedule. Employee came around 5 and stayed till 630. Prior owners had installed a garage door system with internalized springs, and one spring broke. Employee was unable to simply replace the internal spring. The recommendation was to install a new system with visible springs to fix our problem and also allow easier maintenance in future. Works well now. They serviced our garage door opener a few years ago and did a good job.
