I cannot thank Amber enough for all the hard work she has done for me from the very beginning to the final walk through. Amber's knowledge and experience with construction work is so impressive, helping me from building permits to water meters to septic tanks it is completely amazing how much she knows which in turn is able to help her customers out. Janine and James are just as wonderful too if Amber is not there they both are able to jump right in a project and take over. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
