There are not enough words to express the honor, gratitude and exceptional work they did on building my new home. I cannot thank Amber enough for all the hard work she has done for me from the very beginning to the final walk through. Amber's knowledge and experience with construction work is so impressive, helping me from building permits to water meters to septic tanks it is completely amazing how much she knows which in turn is able to help her customers out. Janine and James are just as wonderful too if Amber is not there they both are able to jump right in a project and take over. The construction part of this build was INCREDIBLE for myself, my family and my entire street. All our neighbors would stop us complimenting on how fast and efficient the construction workers were. "You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
