"Ramos Maintenance did an excellent job repairing and reinforcing a shower glass panel in our condo after a support bracket snapped. Andres clearly explained the issue, walked us through the solution, and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Communication was excellent from start to finish. He was very responsive, coordinated seamlessly with our cleaner, and was mindful of our guest check-in schedule. He even returned a few days later to remove the tape and confirm everything had cured properly, which really shows the pride he takes in his work. The workmanship was solid, clean, and done with great attention to detail. The shower glass panel now feels very secure and looks great. Pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the work and level of service. "You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
