Cheryl was our sales representative and did a fantastic job in helping us through the initial buying process. I have seen where others have mentioned that Cheryl performed as well for them too. The problem is Cheryl does not represent my overall experience with Trinity. During the process of my build The site supervisor, Julio, placed the foundation too close to the adjoining property line resulting in a delay in construction, as well as additional cost. Because we were anxious about having to find another builder and all that came with that, we reached a resolution with Trinity and resumed the build. Despite this problem the home was completed on time. Approximately 3 months ago my wife and I noticed that in several rooms of our home that the ceiling treatment was falling away from numerous areas where either nails or screws had been used. Then we discovered that the baseboard trim had begun peeling away from the wall in one of our bathrooms. I checked my warranty from Trinity and confirmed my suspicion that these problems were not covered after the first year. My wife and I discussed it and thought that perhaps Trinity would be willing to offer some sort of assistance because of the short period of time {a little over 2 years} that we had had the home. I called the Augusta Georgia office on 8/15/14 and spoke with Chris. I explained that while I understood that the warranty had expired that I was a disabled veteran on a fixed income and had hired Trinity Custom Homes to build a quality home that wouldn't require more than normal wear and tear after for a reasonable period of time-unexpected repairs are h****** a pension. He was very affable and expressed his regret about our problems and asked me to send a warranty work order form to him and said that he was sure that something could be done to help me. I was impressed that he made the offer before I could ask. He stated that he would call me back. After two weeks of no return call from Chris I called him back. He apologized for the delay and said that Billy, his supervisor had instructed him to come out and assess the problem areas. We made an appointment for this and Chris didn't show up or call. He continued to do this four more times. It became clear that Chris had no intention of keeping his promise. On 9/22/14 I managed to speak with Billy by phone, explained to him my problem with Chris and the promise of some sort of resolution. Billy promised to look into it and get back to me right away.On 9/29/14 I called Trinity { Ellijay Georgia Office} again, not having received any reply from Billy and asked to speak with him. Instead I spoke with an individual who identified himself as the general manager. He asked if he could help and had me explain my problem. I did and he then explained that these problems were only covered in the first year after the build and were from settling and "had to be expected". I reminded him that Chris had offered to make some sort of resolution for me and that was why i had pursued the matter. The manager then became obviously hostile and irritated, lecturing me on home building and implying I was naive as a customer to expect not to have these problems this early in the life of the home. When I asked the manager if this was a business philosophy that he would be willing to share with potential buyers, perhaps on social media, he angrily accused me of threatening him and that was the end of our conversation. I have always tried to be fair with my reviews on this site. I will summarize by saying that my Rating here reflects my experience during and AFTER the build. In my opinion the way to judge a business is how they treat people when no one else is watching them. No, Trinity Custom Homes was not obligated by warranty to provide any assistance to me. One of their employees did however agree that it was something that didn't reflect well on the image of their company and offered to make some sort of resolution. To have such unpleasant and unprofessional interaction that followed with such a company makes me regret my business with them. I would have to say that you should consider builders other than Trinity Custom Homes."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ga/augusta/trinity-custom-homes-reviews-6255430.htm"},"position":7},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"All Pro Gutters, LLC","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"GA","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Jeni W."},"reviewBody":"They offer a 20 year parts warranty with 10 year labor warranty. Home Warranty reviews from real Angi homeowners in Wrens, GA
It took probably two to three hours because they had to go out to get another toilet. It was just one person that did the work. The area was left very clean. Something that I liked was that he fixed one of my toilets and told me it was under warranty. I had no idea that a toilet was under...

"Initial install of building sewer, water lines and bathroom toilet and sink went very well. Our problem began with the two small inline under the sink hot water heaters which they provided under their contract and installed. Both heaters, however, exceeded the electrical capacity of the building both in amperage and wire gauge, but were installed regardless, but not tested. Our breakers would flip within a minute after turning on the hot water. We requested that the hot water heaters be replaced with something that met the electrical specs. After 3 months of requesting recommendations for a solution, none was provided. In order to move ahead with the final building inspection I purchased two small under the sink small (2 gallons or less) hot water heaters for under $300.00 (total) and had Twin Systems install. Big mistake! I did not expect a bill for this rework (at least not for the labor) but was charged $900.00 ($875.00 of which was for labor to install the two heaters that I had provided). Furthermore, one replacement heater still remains unworkable since the cord requires a plug which Twin Systems cannot connect since they do not do electrical work, and suggested that I hire an electrician. I was never provided an estimate for this rework, only a bill, and was reminded recently that if the $900.00 bill was not paid in full soon that I would be charged late fees."

The chip was in the edge of a white quartz countertop, very difficult to match perfectly, and the repair is absolutely invisible. Not the lowest bid, but worth the price."

FAQs for home warranty projects in Wrens, GA
Many benefits come with buying a home warranty when selling your home, but there are drawbacks to consider, too.
Pros
Peace of mind of home repair coverage
Incentive for buyers
Transferability to new owners
Prevent post-sale issues
Cons
Expensive cost
Exclusions of certain features or appliances
Coverage limits
Often difficult to understand
Potential wait for claim service
On average, a home warranty costs about $1,100, ranging from $80 to $8,300, depending on your home size and its features, type of home warranty plan, and the coverage included. Your home’s location also factors into the cost of a home warranty, with areas with a higher cost of living experiencing increased warranty costs.
Additional cost to consider include:
Deductibles: $75–$125 per call
Add-ons: $2–$35 per month
Premiums: $200–$1,200 per year
Several factors make a home warranty worth it or not, especially the age of your home and the condition and age of the appliances in it. If you buy an older home with most or all original appliances, a warranty may be worth the investment as these home features are more likely to need repairs or replacements. However, if you’re buying a new-construction home, a warranty may already be included, and you may not need to use it for several years. In this case, purchasing add-ons may not be worth the cost until a few years later.
Offering a home warranty when selling can make your property more appealing to potential buyers. The warranty gives them peace of mind that many systems or appliances will be covered if they need to be repaired or replaced in the near future. Additionally, the home warranty may cover problems that arise during the home sale, such as a leaky roof or water in the basement.
The main types of home warranties cover the basic essentials, but additional plan types focus on specific areas such as:
Appliance plan: This plan covers typical household appliances like refrigerators, stoves, washer and dryer, built-in microwaves, and dishwashers. It costs $360 and $540 per year.
System plan: Costing between $360 and $540 per year, this plan covers central home systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water heaters.
Combination plan: This plan type covers both systems and appliances, costing between $545 and $1,500.
