"I have been utilizing the services of Scott's Lawn Care for five years. Scott and his assistant are always prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and detail oriented. Recently Scott's Lawn Care relandscaped my entire backyard, which required killing all of the weeds and grass in my back yard, planting 30+ evergreen shrubs throughout the backyard and covering the entire area with pine needles. The backyard looks beautiful. I live adjacent to a fairway on a golf course. I have received several compliments from golfers passing by my yard complimenting how beautiful it is. In addition, Scott's Lawn Care prunes shrubbery, does weeding, refreshes pine needle coverings in the beds surrounding my house on a regular basis. The services are always performed well. "The first day install of the walk in door was ok except the door was hinged to open out in the wrong direction. The build of the barn style bay door did not go well and essentially 3 hours after my brother suggested how to attach the plywood on the outside they did so and stopped for the day. When I complained as I considered the men not able to do the job the boss Randy came out on Monday with the same 2 men and claimed that we didn't specify how the door should open and stated that there would be no extra charge to do the build right. We (my brother and I) explained "Old School" side hinged bay doors were built out of wood and not just a metal frame with plywood put only on the outside as they thought. The workmen then went to work building the door as we asked with interior and exterior casing over the metal frame. The owner Randy Tudor had claimed when he was there that he didn't have his notes with so could not say what the price was. When the job was complete he failed to come to get payment and sent a text message indicating the total was 1625.00 for the job. Today, Wednesday after texting back and forth a couple of times he showed up and provided a receipt for the agreed sum of 1200.00 for the job and accepted payment stating he wasn't going to argue the price."

"We used them twice and both times the price at the end was nearly double the price I was quoted. The first time was an emergency when my spicket broke off after I turned the hose on. I assumed there was confusion with the woman on the phone-who quoted $45 and the man who arrived that said it would be $75 to fix. The second time I was quoted $300 and the final price was $500. The worker was arrived late and was at my house for 45 minutes. I asked for clarification on the invoice and they were unable to provide an explanation for the labor cost, cost per employee or hour. Instead I got a response that they were insulted I was asking for clarification. They fixed 4 more roof boots-but the supply cost total was $60–which means the labor cost for less than an hour was $440 total."
