Everything from start to finish was great. They were very professional and we haven't had any issues since.

The car was involved in an accident and was cosmetically repaired elsewhere. Once the weather got warmer, we realized the A/C wasn't working as well as it should. Also the car had picked up a shimmy when stopping. Johnson's service department found the problem with the A/C and found the brakes needed work. They had to put new rotors on the brakes as the old once couldn't be ground down any more.The air conditioning need some work on the compressor as there was a hose that was leaking. It took a couple of days to get parts but overall they did a good job. The car is running fine with 220K miles on it. They quoted me a price on the job of around $600 dollars but that was before they needed to replace the rotors. When I went in the bill was almost $1000 but they had never called me to notify me of the change. Without any arguing, they reworked the bill and we agreed upon $650. I thought that this was a fair settlement.

Because we had an extended warranty the proposed work had to be overviewed by the extended warranty company which took longer than anticipated. Price was reasonable only because we had the extended warranty.

I was pleased with their service. They are reputable throughout the area. They treat the customers well. They have a nice waiting area. They also did the work quickly. I bought my car there 3 years ago, and have been going to them ever since.
