It took a day to install the gutters and they were done professionally and the quality of the product and members were great. A minor hiccup but it was resolved the next day. A little pricey compared to others but the warranty is outstanding, 20 years. They replaced one gutter that I had previously installed about 10 years ago, it didn't last or look right, so replaced it and installed new ones. So far no issues but if one occurs no issues in contacting them, definitely would recommend their services.

They quoted 1100 to install gutters and even though they were not the lowest we had them do the work. They did the install and paid by check. Next morning pouring rain and water coming from between the new gutters and fascia. Their response " Oh, you must need flashing for an additional 518. dollars. The flashing would do what the drip edge should of done had they not mounted on top of it. In checking they mounted the gutters on our manufactured home over the drip edge so of course the rain would drop right down behind the gutters! Pictures show where they mounted the gutters and you can see the drip edge behind them. Also notice the un-caulked screws in the gutters! We have put a stop payment on the check and will pay when it is fixed as they should of known they did not do it so water would not come down behind the gutters! NEVER mentioned flashing until after they installed the gutters and I had a problem. How is that for professional??? So sad. Oh, don't call the office most times as they don't respond! Run do not walk away or pay more then you should!

We never once said you're on your own with the flashing issue. We were very quick to recommend that, provide that service for you, and you did not agree with that. Our reputation is very important to us. And although you are not satisfied with how the installation went, we are fulfilling our commitment to ensure our customers are happy with our work. and I means you're also not paying anything additional for the flashing that your home requires. and I think it's a little unfair for you to say that we did not answer the phone, when 90% of our communication was through email and that was quickly responded to. Again, we do appreciate that you chose us for your home and we are standing behind our work and are willing to go the extra mile for you."

Leigh, and her husband, were great. Though my install took a bit longer than expected, due to the high volume time in which we ordered our gutters, they made every effort to accommodate. They got everything installed prior to the hurricanes, and even knocked a few hundred bucks off for our troubles. I would definitely hire, or recommend, these professional and kind folks to anyone, anytime.

Great. They removed my old gutters and installed new ones. Took away all the old gutters. Workers and management were very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Working with APG was great. From the estimate to completion APG was top notch. We had a change in down spout locations mid way through the install and the crew pivoted and did not miss a beat. If you want honest good quality work and like supporting family business, I would recommend APG for your home.

We received a quick and easy quote for a new gutter installation on our house. The price was reasonable, and much less than we thought it would be. The best thing is we had the hurricane Irma coming through, and All Pro Gutters had the foresight to ask to perform the installation the Friday before the storm. So when the storm hit, we had almost no erosion of our new landscaping, and the sound of the rain hitting the gutters was music to our ears!

I was told by Leigh, who estimated the cost of the job, that this company is changing hands. A few years ago Bonnie came out and estimated the job. At that time she estimated a cost of just over $200. Leigh's estimate was approximately $1,230. I, of course, got another estimate from a second company, which included even more repairs. The second company is also highly rated on Angie's list. Their estimate was $419. Needless to say, I'm going with the second company. If you pay with hard earned money and don't want to be over charged, be cautious.

I apologize if the pricing was not explained more clearly, or was not what you were expecting for your budget. With that said, at our original meeting, you showed me the problems areas and we walked the perimeter of your home and assessed all gutters. We talked about multiple options and what the most cost effective, "most bang for your buck" options. The All Pro Gutter estimated cost you are speaking of in your review is one of the multiple options we offered and includes repairing or replacing gutter on the whole home, whereas the description on your review is only for repair and gutter guard on back of home. All Pro Gutters feels this review is comparing apples and oranges and does not reflect a general "overpricing" from our company. My estimates ranged from $390-$1245. We welcome all reviews, and thank you for taking the time to put your input on Angie's List for our potential future customers. We are certainly disappointed we did not earn your business but really do appreciate the opportunity. Remember, we do offer cleanings, gutter guards, and repairs. Leigh is responsive when working with her to get the estimate. She worked hard to fit me into the schedule. However, I got pushed back one day due to delays at another job (and did not find out until the afternoon before the scheduled appointment), which meant I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the new day. I had asked for them to arrive around 1100 and they did not arrive until 2:30.
Crew was professional and did a great job. Even blew off the debris that was on the roof, which I really appreciated. Took pictures of the gutter guards so I could see them (they were too high up to be seen from the ground). Overall, I was happy with the work performed and would use them again.

We sustained damage to our gutters in one of the storms that hit Augusta last year. After putting off the repair for a while, we researched various companies and found a number of positive reviews for All Pro Gutters. I contacted them initially and they came out to inspect the damage and to provide an estimate. Once we agreed to proceed with the repair we scheduled a time for the installation crew to come and do the work. Although our first install date was cancelled due to rain, they came out the next day to take care of it. The crew removed the damaged gutters and replaced them with new 6" seamless aluminum gutters. They hauled off the old gutters and left the backyard area in excellent shape, We have since had several rainy days and the gutters are working great. Overall, this was a positive experience for us and we highly recommend All Pro Gutter for your home gutter needs.

All Pro Gutters did a wonderful job on my home. From the initial contact to the follow up after the install, the service was very prompt and dependable. One other thing that stood out to me is the service was personal and local. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They offer a great service and product at a fair price.

They responded immediately to my inquiry for a quote. Came out, looked at the job and quickly gave me an estimate which I thought was quite fair. They scheduled the work, showed up and completed it promptly. The two men who did the work were very pleasant and from the work done were obviously capable. Did a beautiful job. I have already called them to come back and look at some other issues I have with the existing gutters and I'm sure they'll do an equally good job. They were terrific in my opinion and I'm pretty hard to please.
