I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. "I was charged  $79 for the plumber to come to the house, this amount was not 
credited to the bill.  Since the work was done I believe that this charge should
have been  credited.  The plumber said we needed a new faucet and that he had
.one on the truck.  I asked him how much, he said about $100 dollars and  I agreed
When the bill came in the charge for the faucet was $290 dollars.  I called Ragsdale
and the girl called the plumber (James) and he said he told me it was 100 dollars for instalation
That was a lie.  I would never have allowed them to put a $290 faucet in --- I would have bought one
 myself.   I had given my American Express card to the office and the charge was put on that.  They did give 
me a senior discount of 49 dollars------but  the bill was still  $502.00 withe the discount.   And they are # 1
on your list!!!!
