"Scott, Chris and his team were such a blessing coming to our rescue after months as to the unknown, repeated gallons increase on our water bill,(we held our breath each month opening the bill, yet we were not seeing any indication as to where a leak was while meter still ran at shut off, none of us could find as to where a leak was. We continued to come up short for answers after our water company indicated it was nothing on their side, leak detection, Insurance Companies and everyone else that came out.......WE JUST HAD NO ANSWERS! Again this was such a loooong drawn out headache and nightmare we faced with only the best option we had was to completely replace with a full home replumb and since we were like sitting on a time bomb for some major or multiple damaging leaks with the Polybutylene installed in our home(also we have been told with this type of Plumbing in our home when it starts having issues it seems to typically continue having other places pop up also)! So ugh here we go, we were on a slab, we didn't know who we may could trust/cost we were looking at and then knowing the importance too have great Rapport and and dialogue is so needed going into such a massive project we were totally and completely so pleased with Scott and doing business with them! Every detail was an answered prayer, we're so happy to say, now we have a plumber we can now count on and Trust! My husband and I felt so validated on our decision to move forward with these guys when there was a discovery made that absolutely needed to be corrected even on the safety aspect of it that we had no idea of from previous jobs with other plumber/companies and are so thankful to have had them bring it to our attention! So granted we have learned of great magnitude how important reviews, Word of mouth and doing homework when working with contractor/ plumbers as to trusting with your family and the investment of our homes. Scott Miley you and your team were amazing, I know it was such a super long day, after the super long & HOT week yall had too give US your BEST, see it through on our 13 hour Job!!ð   Thank you again so much!"

"Owner run business- he has done a couple separate plumbing jobs for us. Professional, thorough, certified, & super nice guy! Did great work for us! He is our go to plumber now"

"I had a water leak in my front yard & after researching the highest rated Plumbers, I found Rooter Pro Plumbing of Georgia. They had great ratings on Trust Dale Caldwell, Angi's List, & Google. I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! I am very pleased with Rooter Pro Plumbing and the work they performed & the people I dealt with. Even the people in the office were great! I will use them again & recommend them to my friends & family! Paul Taylor"

"We had absolutely the best experience using this company. It was an emergency and they god out here as fast as they could. The man I spoke with on the phone, Zach was quite literally the nicest guy and completely understood my problem. The employees who came out, Ed and Daniel were equally as friendly. Came in and got the job done fast and efficiently. I literally cannot say enough good things about this company and will definitely be using them for all of my future plumbing needs. Thank you all so much!"

"Justin did a great job at a great price. He is very knowledgeable in with all plumbing needs"

"Awesome! Shirley took my call this morning and was very efficient and professional in getting my contact information as well as scheduling Gary (Plumber) to see us later in the morning. Shirley was also very polite and pleasant! Gary was our plumber today and he did a fantastic job for us. He arrived on time and completed his diagnosis of the issue. He explained his plan for repair of the issue and gave us the amount it would cost, which was very reasonable. He went right to work and finished in a timely manner. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work! We will use Keep Smiling Plumbing again if necessary and hopefully will have Gary as our plumber. Sincerely, Greg B."

"Angelo, of Remedy Plumbing, was so patient, knowledgeable, answered and explained the why of things. I was treated with such respect I was so pleased with my experience. Itâ s taken 6 plumbers to resolve this problem. Angelo saw everything that was wrong with the situation and took care of it. Mike the service manager was extremely helpful as well. Very good communication and everyone was very straightforward, respectful. A great team to work with. Very reasonable pricing and reassuring of workmanship. Hands down the best plumbing company I have had the pleasure to work with. I will be using them in all my projects going forward. This was truly a great fit. They have been very responsive and thorough. Iâ m finally at peace with this aspect of the job. I would give them an A+ rating and feel fully confident in referring them!!"

"Shane was excellent. He gave us the best price and the most honest feedback about what we were buying. I 100% recommend them without a doubt. Donâ t bother pricing or looking elsewhere- they are the best. No one wants plumbing issues, but this company made it seamless. Fast, effective, and exactly what I was looking to pay. No hassle or promos needed. Iâ m sure I will need a plumber in the future and I will be coming right back to them."

"The installers were very courteous and professional. It wasnâ t completed in one day because they found a drain issue that they wanted the plumbing inspector to address before completing the installation. The project turned out perfect and was a dream come true. Thank you Kyle, Justin, Darrell, and the plumbing inspector for a job well done."
