I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

They went ahead and gave me that visit for free. The price was fine. I was pleased with the salesperson originally. I was not pleased at all with the installation. It took a long time to get everything installed properly. I was disappointed in that and it took many phone calls. It ended up fine."
