They helped transform what used to be an ok man cave to a custom at home personal sports bar!! The craftsmanship is top-notch —lighting, and trim work are all flawless. They also stayed right on schedule and within budget, which is rare these days. I especially appreciated how they communicated and was not thrown off by the ongoing questions and changes that was thrown at them. Now we have a beautiful new living area that’s perfect for family gatherings and guests. I’d absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their basement or any part of their home. "I contacted Creative Basements for my daylight basement finishing project. The detailed competitive quote I received coupled with the fact that I knew I would be communicating with the owner of the Company (and not a project manager) throughout the process made is a no-brainer for me and I picked Creative Basement from several other companies I was considering. Jason was very responsive throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions prior to signing the contact and throughout the entire process. I ended up having finished approximately 1650 sq ft of finished space which included a living room w/fireplace, bar, full bathroom, bedroom, game room and gym. I would highly recommend this company."

"I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."
