We had carpet installed a few years ago and over time we had gotten some waves, etc., due to natural stretching. We had a few estimates and YesSir stood above all others in that process. It was very obvious that he take extreme pride in what he does and in his reputation. He performed all services needed, cleaned up his work completely, and did so with an extreme level of joy throughout the process. "They did a super job.  They’re probably more expensive than an individual but the fact that they’re so thorough and the fact that they could accommodate my time frame and what I needed.  They were here for hours.  They did everything but my bathroom.  It really needed it, I was overwhelmed. They did floors, they vacuumed the upholstery, they dusted, they did the baseboards with a green cleanser.  Since they are a franchise they do have overhead costs. An individual would be less than a franchise but they came out and assessed what they needed and made sure they had what they needed.  While they were here the owner came out to make sure they had what they needed and that’s when we decided that it was going to take longer than we thought.  I gave my okay for that and she gave me a lower price for the additional hours because she was already here."
