"Had carpet repair done at entry to two bathrooms where carpet had worn. Total repair time took about 20 minutes. The work performed was good, but the operator would not provide a quote until on site and once on site, the quote was very expensive. My appointment had already been pushed back twice and I had driven out of town for the service, so ended up having to pay the premium or start the process over with another provider."

"They did a super job.  They’re probably more expensive than an individual but the fact that they’re so thorough and the fact that they could accommodate my time frame and what I needed.  They were here for hours.  They did everything but my bathroom.  It really needed it, I was overwhelmed. They did floors, they vacuumed the upholstery, they dusted, they did the baseboards with a green cleanser.  Since they are a franchise they do have overhead costs. An individual would be less than a franchise but they came out and assessed what they needed and made sure they had what they needed.  While they were here the owner came out to make sure they had what they needed and that’s when we decided that it was going to take longer than we thought.  I gave my okay for that and she gave me a lower price for the additional hours because she was already here."
