Fabulous Floors did an excellent job in my home. They came in and fixed a job a previous contractor completely botched. My stairs look brand new and match my wood flooring perfectly. The price was very competitive, and they were able to complete the work with extreme efficiency. No hidden costs or last second mark ups. They work was delivered exactly as agreed for the price agreed upon. The owner and employees are true experts in their space and are consummate professionals. They come with all the needed equipment, and were able to mix up my desired color instantly and only needed one coat to match. I would emphatically recommend Fabulous Floors to anyone looking for hardwood flooring related services. Jairo and his son are the best!

It was a good service. There were no additional charges on the Big Deal. We have not used them before. I would recommend them because of their excellent work, excellent clean up, and quick turn around. We have not had any issues since the service was provided.

They were horrific. I had moved into a historic home. They did such an incredibly horrible job that I am still dealing with it. They had stain all over the vintage wall paper. It is dripping down the staircase. The whole house has to be repainted. He gave me a refund of $2000 but that doesn't even come close to cutting it.

Provider did not reply to the email sent through Angies after th purchase. After a couple of days, I called them myself. From then on everything went smoothly. They were very prompt and courteous.

It went beautifully.  Everyone, including the owner was so nice. They were great about the rescheduling that needed to be done.  The quality was very good and I was very pleased with the color.  Everything matched and the color matched perfectly.  We are planning on having them resurface the floors in the future.  They are an A+ company. I had been worried about dust and when they say no dust they mean it.

The owner of Fabulous Floors admitted he could make a clearer distinction between "resurfacing" and "refinishing" wood floors to avoid confusion. Though we expected more we accepted the resurfacing job as purchased. The crew were timely, efficient and professional.

I purchased this deal on Angies List.  The provider, Fabulous Floors of South Atlanta, was extremely quick to reach out to me to schedule my appointment.  They answered my questions with regards to flooring installation and the difference between refinishing and resurfacing.  They called the morning of the appointment to let me know they were on their way, arrived at the scheduled time, got to work, explained to me throughout what they were doing, gave me instructions with regards to when I could walk on the floors and left me with beautiful floors!

,They stayed in touch about time, cleaned up and were very efficient. I was very happy with their service.

They were very professional and punctual.  However, the polyurethane coat was done poorly.

Two person team did an excellent job of explaining the process and the materials to be used on the job and what we should expect.  They vacuumed the floors, buffed them to take off the surface wear and vacuumed off the surface dust and applied a water-base poly that did not smell.  They used squeegees to smooth the surface and even out the finish.  We waited 2 days to walk on the floors even though they indicated that you walk on the floors within 6-8 hours.  They were very personable and diligent in their work,  The floors are beautiful and have stood up to moving furniture back into the rooms and people and dog traffic!

Mr. Goodrum gave me a courtesy call to say that he was on the way.
He arrived on time, explained the process and proceeded in doing an outstanding job. He and his staff moved the furniture with care, took pictures to ensure they put it back as it was and I was very pleased with the outcome. My floors look brand new ? like they were just installed. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have an engineered floor in my foyer that was worn. Fabulous Floors resurfaced it for me at a very affordable cost. I am very happy with the way it turned out for the money. My floors gleam again!

During the process, my son trampled on the still wet, freshly finished floor, and ruined it initially. (foot prints) I was freaking out about it, but Ishmael said he would come back to fix it the next day. He kept to his word, even though it was our fault.

The floors look great! He was right, resurfacing worked for me, and the price is less than half of a full sanding. Ishmael and his crew are very professional, and he keeps his word. I have already recommended him to neighbors, and will continue to.
