The service was very quick the repair was done the same day that we were given an estimate. The rug looks like there was no damage done and looks like there was never a repair done. This job was done quickly and I will for sure use them in the future

Lee was great. Came out to provide estimate for carpet stretching in master bedroom and closet and some patch work in a secondary room. We needed the work done before the weekend, Lee was able to come back the next day and get the work done. It was awesome!

Lee (Dodley), the owner, came with several toolboxes of specialty devices and tools specifically built for carpet-stretching. He showed us why the carpet had a sizable 'hump' in the middle of the floor, moved furniture as needed to stretch carpeting in two rooms, and then expertly stretched the humps out of the carpet. He really knows his craft, was careful to prevent damage, and did the cleanup afterwards. He was fast, and charged a fair price. Carpet looks great now, and he guaranteed his work. A true professional start to finish!

YesSir Services is a perfect example of how a small, private service business should be run. Lee (Dodley) was professional, skilled, punctual and completely customer focused. We had carpet installed a few years ago and over time we had gotten some waves, etc., due to natural stretching. We had a few estimates and YesSir stood above all others in that process. It was very obvious that he take extreme pride in what he does and in his reputation. He performed all services needed, cleaned up his work completely, and did so with an extreme level of joy throughout the process. Mind you it wasn't a large job (4 rooms, walk-in closet and stairs), but I will absolutely contact him if I have any flooring needs in the future.

Had carpet repair done at entry to two bathrooms where carpet had worn. Total repair time took about 20 minutes. The work performed was good, but the operator would not provide a quote until on site and once on site, the quote was very expensive. My appointment had already been pushed back twice and I had driven out of town for the service, so ended up having to pay the premium or start the process over with another provider.

I cant say enough about Lee. I had another contractor tile my master bath and they cut the carpet too short to meet the new transition to the master bedroom (as well as another closet transition). The other contractor just nailed the carpet down and left (after hiding under tape telling me not to remove the tape for a few days). Once I figured out what happened, I searched Angies List to find someone to repair it. Lee came out the next day and told me he could fix it. He offered me a good price to go ahead and fix it while on site and based on the price and his reviews, I went ahead. He fixed both transitions perfectly. Additionally, he walked around and fixed some of the broken grout due to a poor job by my other contractor. When he left, the space looked like it was supposed to when the other contractor left. Looking back I wish I had known Lee before I hired someone else to do the tile work. I will be calling Lee for all my flooring needs going forward.

Came out to give us a quote on reinstalling carpet that had been pulled up to do subfloor work. When the quote was good, we started to schedule a time, and he offered to do it on the spot. Was done in 20 minutes . Very friendly, and the carpet looks great!

Lee was fantastic and very professional. He responded to my online request immediately and arranged to come by between jobs later in the afternoon. He quickly evaluated the situation and presented his plan to remedy. There were 2 existing seams in the area being repaired, and he suggested an additional seam to complete the stretching in the best manner. Given the age of the carpet (almost 20 yrs old) and not having any additional carpet should something go wrong, I was a little skeptical about stretching in general much less adding a new seam. Lee assured me the carpet was high quality, and I would be completely satisfied when he was finished. Once we agreed on a very reasonable price, Lee and his helper knocked it out in less than an hour, vacuuming and cleaning up included. He was absolutely right! The old seams looked as good as they did originally, and if I didn't know where the new seam was going to be I wouldn't have know he cut the carpet! The entire hallway looks as good as new. Professional, Reasonable Prices and High Quality Work!
