Shelley, the owner, is very knowledgeable of her product. She explained the step by step process of renewing my hardwood floors. She called back after the job was done to check on the finished product. I was impressed with her follow up. Thanks Knot Just Floors for making my hardwood floors look new again! I have gotten lots of compliments!

Shelley and her team were quite knowledgeable and did an amazing job cleaning up, sanding, and refinishing my 60 year old wood floors. Quite honest and explicit about what could be expected in some areas sure to old damage. The only reason to knock off half a star is the quarter round, it doesn't quite match the floors and in some areas stands out. On the other hand, they did an amazing job matching some existing pine to my oak so we got a winner. The floors look absolutely lovely and i am quite happy Shelley was able to help this old home's character shine! I will have her back for more work later in other areas of the house.

I wish they did the full gamut of trades, I'd hire them for everything. Its hard to find contractors who care about your home as if it's their own and that's exactly how this company made me feel. Shelly promptly answered all questions before, during, and after the job.

The crucial point for any contractor was the presence of a manager or trained expert at all times who could speak English and took pride in their work. This contractor truly cared about the customer and double checked at every point that the work was what was desired. Excellent company.
