"Donald Rogerson responded very quickly, analyzed the photos I sent him, knew exactly what to bring, and provided a very reasonable quote over the phone. He reassured me from the start, and took control of the situation with the utmost professionalism and clear communication. His work was impeccable, and he even insisted on cleaning up. I heartily recommend him, not only for water heater issues, but for any indoor plumbing need. He will certainly be my plumber from now on."

"Very professional and friendly sales person that visited home for the estimate. Fair price. All individuals involved were extremely timely. Polite installation crew that very conscientious about maintaining cleanliness. Overall a pleasant experience."

"The guys sent out were great and professional, they removed my old tub and now I have a very nice shower. I would definitely recommend this company. Can’t wait to try out my shower."

"The plumber did not arrive at the time he said he would. he was not friendly and he seemed to be more interested in finishing up than doing a quality job."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Larry is great to work with. Our recent home repair started with Larry finding a leak in our plumbing in the crawl space that he took care of without a problem. And saved me from having to scramble and find a plumber to come in and fix things up. Larry did a great job reinforcing the floor. After pouring some footers he added a beam to the over extended floor joists to add stability in preparation of replacing the carpet with wood grained tiles. Larry also repaired some of the floor joists that had split over time due to being too long. I'll definitely use Larry for any other projects that might come up around the house."
