I spoke to the owner after getting 2 other bids. Was happy with my conversation with Randy from the very beginning. Was told it would be several weeks till my unit was in and he would call one week out. Everything went as planned. Workers were courteous and professional. So far so good. Hard for me to give any other rating because itâ s only been installed for a few days but Iâ m happy I did it.

The job took a long time because of the county construction permitting process. In spite of that I am highly satisfied with the result and their work. I would use this company again.

A standby whole home generator was installed and the two day install went well. I would rate them 9 out of 10 on the installation. It is after-installation care that was not good. The Generac has a mobile link that I paid an additional $200.00 to get an IT professional to link to my home. He was challenged and there is no way that I could have connected the generator without professional help. The installers left without notifying or giving me documentation needed for warranty and insurance. I called the office of Hambrick Power Systems and the documents were emailed to me, but I think for such an expensive piece of equipment ,more time should have been spent acquainting me with the generator and its operation, before the installers left. Or maybe just a follow-up call for good customer care. It is not everyday that this important a purchase is made, and I think more attention to after sale and installation is warranted, especially since I waited a full year for its delivery.

installers were very courteous and polite. The did a fine job and took the time to explain how to operate the machine after it was installed.

Very efficient and completed job with no delays

Hamrick, electric wired my home, I was and am still happy with their job. Which is why I approached them for my Generac. I could have payed less, but decided on Hamrick because they are local and the product I think superior to others. Wasn't real happy with the time line, 3 or 4 months. Sometimes hard to get a real person on the phone. The gas contractor although excellent took I think to long. But, again couldn't be happier with the installation. The installers were stellar, very happy with their work. I wish the warranty would have been explained better other than x years on one thing and x years on a other. I really don't know what it is. Overall I give it a 4 + star.
