He arranged to have his Tech, Eugene, come out the next day to see if a squirrel that had been trying to chew its way into my attic had managed it. Eugene was actually an hour earlier than promised and Jack contacted me about an hour before that to let me know Eugene was on his way. When Eugene got here, he was polite, professional, and thoroughly checked the roof, soffit all around, and the attic to ensure there were no holes or signs of chewing or occupation. He could easily have told me there was a hole someplace I could not see from the ground, but instead he opted for being ethical and let me know I was in the clear.
