We had to drop the new heater down to 5 foot wall in order to get into the basement because there was 2 inches of mud through the passageway. The reason I am writing this today is that we already had a part fail. Disappointing since the previous unit did not need to
be serviced until it failed at 16 years old. However, Edward was at my house within a few hours of my call on a Monday morning to check it out. He found the failed part and called the manufacturer to ship the needed replacement part. Luckily still under warranty. He even negotiated free shipping for the part since it was barely a year old.
I will always call Edward for our serious plumbing needs. He also installed a few fixtures for us last year during a kitchen and bathroom remodel. I am always pleased with is work. He always takes the time to explain the problem and answer any questions I have for him.
I plan on using him again in the future for any other plumbing situations that arise.
