Thomas was the project manager and he was very thorough with checking things out before quoting the job. He was very professional and easy to work with throughout the project. He touched base frequently throughout the scheduling and construction periods to let me know how things were progressing. He was meticulous to double check things along the way and to ensure all the work was done correctly. I was very satisfied with both the price and quality of work and will definitely use Exterior Armor for future work."

They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."
