⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to start by highlighting the *above and beyond* service I received from Keep Smiling Heating & Air. In the midst of a brutal Atlanta heatwave, I called in a panic because my newer AC unit had suddenly stopped blowing cold air. From the first point of contact, the experience was incredibly professional and reassuring. I received a confirmation text, a follow-up call when the technician was in route, and even a text introduction with a picture and background info on the technician. Who does that? **Keep Smiling does.** Technician **Byron Solares** was exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely empathetic. I explained that I have my elderly father with a breathing condition living with me, and Byron not only resolved the issue efficiently, but took the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to his quick work, we’re resting comfortably tonight.

Called for Water Heater Repair. They said they would give me free diagnostics when I called for the repair. So when technician Ray Wilson arrives he says the unit is 2013. He was reading the Ansi code Specifications date. The build date on the same Label is 2015. After a lot of checking on his lab top he says he needs to charge $188 for the free diagnostic because he has to "Lay Hands on it.'' So like a sucker I authorized the "Lay Hands on it" diagnostic. So he unscrews the gas line - yep smell gas, then pushes the igniter button, it doesn't light. He pronounces that he has completed his diagnostics. That's what his $188 diagnostics consists of. You gotta be kidding me!

Knowledgeable Plumbers did a repipe and electric hot water tank replacement in my guest house that I was pleased with. The pricing was average (which means high for most contractors in GA) and they were flexible and did the job to my complete satisfaction.
