Services included: - demo - framing - sheathing - windows - trim and siding - disposal COMMUNICATION: Vanessa's communication was always timely, warm / friendly and professional. During the work, Carlos checked in regularly to get my feedback and give me various options: - window flashing - trim details (square or mitered edges) - trim type (pvc or fiber cement) PUNCTUALITY: They gave one-hour ETA windows and always arrived on time. They also met the one day estimate for start to finish. CRAFTSMANSHIP: Carlos is a great carpenter. The cuts were accurate and installed with a tight fit. He ensured that the install was square, level, and plumb. The sheathing was also nailed with the correct nail type, nail size, and nail pattern.
