They are going to finish today and it will be the 4th day. The construction and speed that they were able to do the job was amazing. The work was very malicious. They even worked for us over the weekend, they did work on a Saturday and they worked from the time they got here until it was dark.

Jason Spain (and his project manager Edgar) did an amazing job replacing our deck with a new deck and screened in porch. We went really high end with Ipe Wood decking, large screens, and dry underneath surfaces. The work was amazing. They added appropriate electrical, upgraded our hot tub landing to almost double the strength that the manufacturer requested. Jason made sure that we had everything up to code. He had an engineering firm certify our footings and installed a new structural beam for stability. From the moment we signed the contract to the completion of the job, they were amazing to work with. While it was not cheap by any stretch, the work was fairly priced and maintained a very high level of quality. We highly recommend Spain and Sons!
