We hired Cal to do a major remodel on our two bedroom condo. There are many positive things to say about Cal and his crew. Here are just a few. Cal's communication is first rate. This project was done while we were out of state and Cal communicated with us nearly on a daily basis. He didn't hesitate to offer ideas and often had more than one idea for a solution to sticky remodel problems. That said, he respected our input in every way. Cal was a great listener. If he was ever frustrated with his subs or us, we never knew it as he has a very calm disposition. He also has a good sense of humor which made working with him enjoyable. Even though this project took longer than expected due to COVID-19, Cal's attention to detail and high standards never faded. One of the things we heard many times throughout the process was "we'll make it right" and he always did. Cal went above and beyond what we expected from a contractor. Working on this project from a distance meant that we had to have things shipped and we often had other service providers scheduled at our home when we weren't there. Cal always found a way to get the packages into the condo and made himself or other employees available to open the condo to other service providers. We would not hesitate to use Xquzit Home Improvements in the future and we would HIGHLY recommend Cal to anyone in the area. He was fair and reasonable in the pricing. We got a high quality value for our money.

This company is friendly & professional. All of the workers were exceptional at their jobs. The contractor (Cal) was hands on & kept us informed every step of the process. The end result is beautiful & more than we could ve asked for. 👍

Working with Cal has been one of the easiest and most professional experiences I've ever had. Cal completely remodeled our entire house. The work was done on time and within the budget. Cal kept me updated every step of the way and sent progress pictures. His crew was always on time and very neat and clean. Cal has great ideas and is extremely organized. I am so impressed and so happy with the way our home looks! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

I started with a modest project to see if I could work with them. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the attitude towards the homeowner's input. Cal and his team are awesome!!! When I requested a remodel through Home Advisor, Cal responded to me right away! We talked about my kitchen and bath remodel and then we meet 2 days later at my home to go over the remodel. Cal sent me the estimate within 48 hrs and was way within budget. I agreed on the estimate and Cal and his team was able to start the following week!!( not like those others that tell you 2-3 month out!!) We wanted to remodel our kitchen and worked with a designer for 9 months that didn't respond to after many calls. Cal was on time with all appointment, had many ideas and was half the price of the designer. On time and right at budget even after some add on's. We are planning on having him do both our bathrooms.

From job estimate to completion, every aspect was quality and professional. The team and truly it is a team, worked seamlessly. They were on time as promised cleaning up on a daily basis. the interruption of our daily routine was minimal Cal Thomas offered his considerable knowledge to preclude unnecessary delays or false starts with the objective of keeping costs within budget. Xquizit Home Improvement is a perfect name for this company. The owner Calvin Taylor is a true professional, listens carefully to the client s ideas and wishes and transforms them into reality. Always helpful, nothing is difficult, he always finds solutions to any problems that might arise. Calvin goes to the highest extent to accommodate and work with his clients. The workmanship and the quality of the finished product were beyond expectations. On top of that, the project was on time and within budget. We would give him and his team a 10 out of 10 if it was possible. We are very happy with our remodel and the choice of Xquizit Home Improvement.

Cal Taylor stood out because he was always responsive to texts and calls and emails. Usually within minutes but never days. He also prepared a proposal for our job (which was clearly going to cost low six figures), after numerous others reviewed our detailed plans, promised to submit a proposal, and yet I never heard back. He also had a great electrician and carpenter (his son James!) on staff and procured excellent subs including plumber, tile man and counter top man. All of this team pulled their weight. (We helped find the painter, but heck...). The job definitely ran much longer than anticipated, but some of this was for reasons out of his control, stemming from city inspector issues, and poor communication from our own engineer we had hired separately in order to get the permit approved. Cal managed to keep the city inspectors happy without a lot of grief. Above all, Cal was ethical from start to finish. You will never feel like someone is trying to pull a fast one over you, even if things do go offtrack as can often happen in a big remodel. Xquizit Home Improvement is a great company.

They are fantastic. Showed up on time cleaned up afterwards My cabinets are gorgeous so are my kitchen and my shower both baths. When a problem came up it was addressed and delt with. This team is the best of the best. They are worth the cost.I am very stisified with the entire experience. Highly recommend them.

We also had bathroom remodel, plumbing fixtures updated. Living room fireplace converted from hearth with big open area to more modern electric fireplace with stacked stone. Additional lighting and fans. This was a collaborative effort and the result is stunning. All were professional, friendly and have integrity. We trust them completely. They'll be doing more for us, I'm sure.

Cal Taylor was prompt to respond to our phone call. Made appt. for the next day and showed up exactly the time setup. Checked in with us daily either on the phone or showed up to the house. It was nice to have a contractor so dedicated to us and his workers. When Cal said workers would show up at a specific time they did. Everyday our area was cleaned,by the workers. Everyone was neat in there work. Everything went according to timeline and infact finished two days early. We love our shower. We would hire Cal again if we had another project.

We are so thankful to Cal and his crew. The kitchen remodel they completed was beyond our expectations.

Cal and his team did a great job with a complete remodel of our master bath. Took out the old tub and put in tile shower stall. New vanity, sinks and mirrors. They did a great jog. They were all very respectful of our home and our two cats running around. One big happy family for a few weeks. There was a slow down at the end of the project due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. We are so happy with Cal we are hiring him to tile the floors in our living/dining room and kitchen. Cant say more about the integrity to which Cal brings to his work. The final product sure did express that and we are very happy.
