They had to come out 3 times and the 1st time they said they repaired the leak. The leak still existed so they came back out again. The 3rd time they told me my chimney was rotted and gave me an estimate of $1300 to repair it, so I called someone else. The other company came out and repaired it for $800, and Gotcha Covered still hasn't come back to repair the leak over the fireplace and wouldn't come back after I told them I used someone else to repair my chimney. I won't use them again because their workers are incompetent.
