When the system died, we called Dayco, and Wayne arrived quickly.  He assessed the situation, replaced some coolant as a temporary fix, and talked with us about the type of replacement system we would prefer.  After hearing our preferences, he made recommendations, gave us prices in writing, and told us to call him if we had questions or wanted to discuss options further.  We were impressed with his product knowledge and lack of sales pressure.

After making the decision, we called Wayne and he and the Dayco Team responded quickly.  The technicians who installed the new system arrived on time as scheduled, were polite and professional, and cleaned up everything.  The cost was exactly as quoted.

The system is working well.  We also like that the 5" filter will have to be replaced only once a year.  We are pleased with the entire process and highly recommend Dayco to others.
