"I initially hired J Stevens to paint the exterior trim of my home . Mr. Stevens was easy to reach via phone and promptly made an appointment to provide an estimate. He was early to arrive and professionally answered my questions and reassured me the work would be done right. He gave a 5 year warranty better than any other companies. I had to communicate with him several times due to deciding which paint to use and primer/paint application method. The crew (Jonathan - the crew leader) was excellent . He answered all my concerns with politeness and consideration The crew of 3 worked tirelessly to complete my project and I am thrilled with the appearance of my home. In fact, several of my neighbors commented "It looks like a new house!" I did choose the best paint with Mr. Stevens help. (Emerald Rain Refresh) and it was so worth it. I was so impressed with this company that the following month I had them repair/paint my great room ceiling. Again they did a wonderful job. We haven?t been able to decorate for Christmas because they?ve ruined our front porch and said in writing they would replace it. Don?t trust their endorsement from Trust Dale. I will be detailing all the information on next door with pictures and videos. Chris Camp wanted Sherwin Williams to come to our home with him. Sherwin Williams came, but he backed out the night before. Brent Purcell said they agreed they would replace our front porch, and they?ve made no effort to do so. This has gone on since May 21"
