"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. "Couldn't have gone any better. I have been using Moncrief for at least 5-6 years, and have been lucky enough to have the same person come out at least 3 of those times, i.e you can request the same person. The fact that Kevin, the same mechanic, was still there, is a good sign, in and of itself. 
Making appointments is a breeze. I've called on a Friday and gotten an appointment first thing Monday morning. 
The service mechanic shows up ON TIME and I have been called when he is on his way.
I never feel like the service mechanic is rushed. They stay until the work is complete.

"Will & Frank were great. They dug up an area from the outside and installed a French drain that went all the way to my backyard fence. No leak with today?s rain! Works splendidly!"

"Edin came to unblock two drains. In the master bedroom, he ended up figuring out that it did not need anything, just an adjustment to the drain and he may have also removed a little bit in the drain, I am not sure I was not in the bathroom. He did not charge me since he figured it out in 5 minutes and I appreciate that. He was supposed to send one his guys back for the other bathroom to change the broken stopper. I never heard from anyone. Also, I texted him that he left his clipboard with other jobs on it. He said his worker would pick it up when he came to see about fixing the stopper. That was about 2-3 weeks ago. I did talk to Edin about a week ago, he said he would pick it up, but I have not heard anything since. I am not sure what to do with it. I gave 4 stars for value for money because he did not charge me and 4 stars for quality of work because he did respond quickly and resolved the issue. Just disappointed I did not hear back from anyone and his clipboard is still here."
